Rush Georgia Tech’s Premier Co-Ed Business Fraternity

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO GET A BID?

In order to be eligible for a bid, you need to attend at least one rush night and attend a personal information survey. While it is not required to attend all rush nights, we do recommend that prospective rushees attend as many nights as they can.

WHAT IS A PERSONAL INFORMATION SURVEY?

A personal information survey, or PIS, is a short 30 minute interview with 2 members of our fraternity. These will take place on Tuesday, September 7th and Wednesday, September 8th, whenever you are available! The PIS is just a chance to get to know you a bit better away from the crowd of rush.

HOW DO I GET A BID?

We encourage you to show up to rush and be yourself. Talk to us and get to know AKPsi and what we offer. There is not one personality, skill level, major, or demographic we look for. In fact, we encourage all different types of people to rush!

IF I DON’T GET A BID, CAN I RUSH MORE THAN ONCE?

Yes! You can rush as many semesters as you want.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I GET A BID?

Once you get a bid, you can either accept it, reject it, or defer it to the next semester.

WHAT IS RUSH?

Rush is the recruitment process for a fraternity. During rush, you will have the opportunity to learn more about Alpha Kappa Psi and to meet and talk to many of the brothers. While you get to know more about our fraternity and our brothers, we also get the chance to know more about you and to see if you would make a good fit in AKPsi!
